WHY CORNERSTONE DENTISTRY?

cor·ner·stone
• an important quality or feature on which a particular thing depends or is based.
• a stone that forms the base of a corner of a building, joining two walls.
• “a national minimum wage remained the cornerstone of policy”
• synonyms: foundation, basis, keystone, mainspring, mainstay, linchpin,
bedrock, base, backbone, key, centerpiece, core, heart, center, crux
• “trust is a cornerstone of human relations”
The word “Cornerstone” has long held a place in history to signify foundation and
leadership. The cornerstone (or foundation stone) concept is derived from the first stone set
in the construction of a masonry foundation, important since all other stones will be set in
reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire structure.
CORNERSTONE DENTISTRY invokes an image of quality, steadfastness and somewhat
literally, the office is at the corner of Stratton and Allen Streets.
The new name represents the strength of a foundational dental practice that has supported
families in the region for decades. This long-lasting quality on which the practice thrives will
ensure a vibrant future for years to come.
The Cornerstone Dentistry team embraces their patients as family members and instills a
sense of community within the practice. Their application of useful and practical solutions
to dentistry allows their patients to experience a unique dental practice.
The logo will be accompanied by a tag line. “Where you are one of the family” is one option
that represents the qualities upon which this new practice name stands for.
